The William A. Norcross M.D. Fund for Internships in Mental Health Advocacy, Addiction, and Recovery, is an organization established by John Alchemy M.D., and Bradford Stiles M.D., inspired by the work of their mentor, William A. Norcross M.D.
As Dr. Norcross continues his crucial work in the field of psychology, we hope to support the work of future generations as they enter a field facing a time of crisis.
The Fund will provide financial support for internships and externships for students to (a) work at non-profit organizations focusing on mental health, addiction and recovery, and substance abuse issues or (b) work at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or a non-profit organization with a similar mission. The Recipient(s) must be sophomore, junior or senior students with demonstrated academic merit.
